Oops, this is wrong information. 

1. the alias draco.atari.org points to my old website, not updated since
march 1998. Hence no kernel there. I have no clue if I asked for changing
the alias.

2. The proper page (rebuilt) is on http://piwo.bl.pg.gda.pl/~draco but
unfortunately the server is down at the moment.
