Sorry, in such case you have something configured in a wrong way. All
timestamps are converted to localtime from the kernel on the old system
interface (Fxattr, Fdatime, ...).
UTC timestamps you only get with the new system calls (Fstat64,
FUTIME_UTC, ...).
