Yes and no.
Correct me if I am wrong, Guido, but IIRC the 'new' format is a standard
m68k a.out (or was it coff?) format with a standard atari PRG header
prepended. As far as the kernel is concerned, this is a normal PRG with a
standard header and some garbage at the beginning of the text segment (with
a jump that skips that part).
