[MiNT] a couple of small questions

Hello all,

I apologize for asking such trivial questions on this list, but I can't find
the answers anywhere else:
*where are the most recent releases of the MiNTLib kept? I thought they were
on the Piwo archive, but I couldn't find them on the ftp.funet.fi mirror and
the other address I have (piwo.bl.pg.gda.pl) seems not to be reachable.
*what is DOS call number 0x154?

(BTW, is there a FAQ for this list answering such questions as mine about the
lib?)
