Especially because with both MiNT and MagiC you can use daemons which
are able to carry out quite some of the tasks you'd traditionally have

P.S.: I've found another reason for "dispose_fileptr: f->links == -1",
which occurs when using something like
PRN=U:\dev\prn
in mint.cnf (as it was reported here).
