[MiNT] Ax86?

Hi!

Did you read the Ax86 projecct specification?
It concerns MiNT to be the base OS there and therefore
I choose MiNT list to ask...
What is your opinion about porting MiNT to become fully
featured OS running on PC HW? The project includes the
68k emulator to keep the compatibility, but I could run
even x86 native MiNT applications.
Nowadays, the time of 68k processor family (even the
still unfinished Milan II will use the old, slow 060)
is over. Maybe the way to use "Atari" system on PC HW
is the one that would attract other people and
programmers to install Atari again and the comunity
then could use its favourite OS that would increase
its power together with Intel progress what is probably
only a dream of Atari fans now.

This specification is still highly unfinished, but I
thing that the core of it is the way. What about you?
