[MiNT] SPIN 0.34 problems

It seems the count is now up to two:

* flop_raw.xdd
* xconout2.xdd

If either of these devices drivers is present, spin.xfs will be
prevented from installing the CD as a BIOS device (the message
normally following "16kb of cache" will not appear).

This is using MiNT 1.15.5 on a TT030.

PS:  I think I had already reported xconout2, but I just found
     out about flop_raw this week, as I was trying it for the
     first time.
