[MiNT] tosfs

Hi,

does anyone know a reasonable cause to still keep TOSFS inside the MiNT
kernel, and additionally keep it enabled by default in the distribution
kernels? Wouldn't it be sufficient when if it was there, just disabled, so
that if one deadly wants it, just rebuild the kernel?
