Hello there!

Enough fixes for a release:


Incorrect handling of border thickness fixed.

menu_popup: correct reply; correct placement.

Some acc's examine Basepage + 36 in stead of a0 to see if they are started
as acc or as app. (procalc)
	Is this documented somewhere?
Fixed by zeroizing the field.

Cntr + alt + Home  tidy screen.

Moveing and sizing of windows:
The outlines now reflect the limits opposed on them.
This fixes a difficult to avoid asynchronism between AES and APP.

Shel_find: ':' is not a path separator.

XaAES now uses its own shel_find for its cnf & rsc's.

A Big Fix in the key handler. This should fix most of the really weird
effects.
