The unpronounceable bit in it is "th". Aspirated 't', whether it is in
English or Germanic version, does not occur in Polish, and it (the
sound) is so alien, that words containing it are usually not inherited,
because, even if you know how to pronounce it, it sounds so unusual in the
normal flow of the language.

Of course, I can drop aspiration at all, but then I can't be sure it is
correct.
