[MiNT] Preliminary SDL-1.2 patch

Hello everybody,

I just finished a very preliminary patch to SDL (1.2 cvs).
It only gives xbios and vdi drivers for video.

Todo:
- keyboard, mouse and the like drivers
- timer based drivers
- audio drivers

Drivers are easy to code (in my opinion). So if someone
could write audio drivers (xbios based ?), it would be a
good thing.
