CT2b, with turbo switched on, needs NVDI. Besides, I'd rather miss a
cursor during my inlog session than running XaAES/N.AES/THiNG and many GEM
apps (including XServer.app) without NVDI

When shutting down N.AES, going back to the console, the cursor is visible
again. This is not the case with XaAES (yet....right Henk ?)
