They don't (top toswin and all toswin-windows will come to the top), and
this is the way AES handles all applications. What might cause the
misunderstanding is that the TOS-applications running in the different
windows, might be seen as seperate applications. But anyway, *aes and
MacOS both have the distinct feature of handling all application windows
at once instead of pretending they're all standalone things like Windows
does.

When I bought my G4, noticing that MacOS also had this philosophy sorta
made me feel "at home". :)
