[MiNT] latest source tree and key tables on hades

Hi

Finally sat down to learn CVS, cool stuff.
Thanks to Ralph for the CVS setup tips!

I compiled an 040 binary for my Hades but it always hangs just after
the msg for the fancy random number generator.  Talking to Odd
revealed he had similar problems and it was related to the keyboard
table stuff.  I had no table in my /mint folder, but placing one in there
solves the hang as Odd suggested.  Thanks Odd for this tip!

Anyone else have this problem?  Is this a known problem and/or does it
need looked after?  Just reporting this so it does not go unchecked
for too long.  ;-)
