[MiNT] GEMlib beta release 0.42.99-20030216 ready for test

Hi list,

a beta release of GEMLIB 43 is available for test in CVS (branch mgemlib- 
gemlib-0_42_2).

I've set up a web site to explain the diff between this beta release and 
the previous official releases (both gemlib 0.42.2 and mgemlib 41).

You'll find here the source (tgz), and the library already built for purec, 
sozobonx, gcc 2.81 and gcc 2.95.
