Looks like the default kernels available for download should be compiled
with a bit 'relaxed' security. The goal should be a multitasking GEM
with Unix like kernel, not Unix like OS (IMHO).
If you needed 100% security you could always run Linux or something like
that, right? Or recompile MiNT with a bunch of features disabled.
