[MiNT] wvdial and zyxel 2864i

Hello mailinglist readers,

three weeks ago I sent my PC to retirement and started use my falcon (again)
for internet access (with my Zyxel 2864ID ISDN terminal adaptor).

Everything is working fine (CAB with MiNT-Net-OVL), Highwire with GlueSTiK,
AMail etc., but what really drives me crazy is the following:

When I start my computer for the first time I have to start CoNnect first,
quit this programm and then I can use wvdial. If I do not start CoNnect
first, my modem does not respond to ATZ.

Even when I start CoNnect I sometimes have to type in "wvdial" several
times. When I have a connection everything works fine.

Does anyone know the reason for that behaviour?
