It's not so easy as just packing an archive. Lot of docu must be written,
some not so minor problems need to be addressed.

I'll made a todo.txt in the toplevel directory with the most important
points I think that need to be done (e.g. draco enhanced this list a lot
but this is not mandatory for a release I think).
