[MiNT] SLB and memprot

Hi!

After introducing the trampoline code the SLBs stopped working under mp.
Unfortunately, I previously had no time to look at it. Today I have
(supposedly) fixed the bug, it was rather a stupid one; basically wrong
trampoline was used to execute the SLB's init routine, i.e. the caller's
one, not the library's.

Unfrotunately, I currently cannot commit the changes to the repository, for
the atariforge is down. But if someone wants to test this, please get the
kernel binaries from my page (http://draco.atari.org).
