Yes, bison detected more shift/reduce conflicts than expected (though,
explaining shift/reduce conflicts is a little bit more complicated; you
need at least some basics about compiler theory).

Most probably this is due to a newer or different bison version than
originally used (that behave a little bit different). You can ignore this,
just uncomment the expected line in the .y file.
