[MiNT] XaAES live scroll

Hi,

I would like to know. Is possible to dissable realtime scroll in the window?
I know that there is slc option live, but it is only for window resizing and 
moving. I remember that Henk wrote me some time ago that I need set this 
seting is done in compilaton proces but I have not found some environment in 
the source.
