[MiNT] Atari cross-compiler for Mac OS X

Hi,

I wrote a little description on "How to build a ATARI cross-compiler 
for Mac OS X". It should allow any developer using Mac OS X (atleast 
10.3 was tested by me) to create the cross-compiler.
