[MiNT] AltGr

Hi!

I am right now working on the keyboard routines in MiNT.

Thus I need to know, how to detect, that the AltGr key (present on Milans)
is depressed? I.e. what is the scancode?

Should it set, when depressed, the bit 7 of the Kbshift() byte?
