[MiNT] xaaes event problem

Hi,

I just noticed xaaes sends a full window msg to my application if I double
click the title bar.  That would not be a problem, but the window(s) are
constructed with the fullwindow bit set to 0 at wind_create().  This makes
for a rather messy looking display all the sudden.

It really should check the event against the intended creation bits before
sending off this message?!  In naes double clicking the same window(s) are
ignored as it should be.

Someone want to squash this one? :O)
