The control key is located at the right place on Atari keyboard. Many
true PC users that never seen an Atari keyboard use patched keyboard 
driver that switches the CapsLock and the Control keys - the result is
that the 'new' Control key is then at the very same position where Atari
put it 20 years ago.

Also, they do similar thing with the Esc key and the '`' char (the key
below it) so that again they get the Esc key at the Atari position.
