[MiNT] Sparemint Site

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you know that tonight I finished up the package
upload code in the most basic fashion.  It's open access, but now you
can dump a bunch of rpms on
ftp://toad.atari-source.com/sparemint_incoming.  From there they will
show up on the website when you hit upload package.  From there you
select the ones you want to upload, it verifies a slew of things, adds
the data to the database and moves the files to the right repository.

There's a heck of a lot to do yet but the basic business logic is there,
which is pretty cool ;-).
