Let's start with a reminder ;)

XaAES set ap_gout3 = 1 to tell the world that mouse wheel is supported.

TORG 105 says: appl_getinfo, opcode 8 will return a bit vector of the  
currently
available mouse wheels in ap_gout3.

Well... i've read once again TORG105 and i'm not sure to understand.  
What's the definition of each bit in ap_gout3 ?
