This is less than constructive.  Nobody can ever tell me what I did
wrong, only that Debian is flawless unless you use it wrong.  If I'm
using it wrong, that it's not very intuitive and that's also a fault.
All I know is that I do know what I'm doing and if certain things need
to be done before an upgrade is done than the feature should be hidden
away.  Gentoo for instance is designed properly.  You have to seek out
the method to upgrade to a new profile, and in doing so you find any
other things you might need to do.  In debian's case, an upgrade should
"take care of those things".  When I say debian broke itself, I mean in
spectacular ways, not just "cvs is broken".  That's not acceptable.

Anyway, This debate is over.. I don't care, I'll never use debian again
by choice.  I've been burned too many times.
