[MiNT] Wrong frequencies in MiNT audio device

Hello,

I had a look in the audio device sources, and I found this:
- in falcon.c: STe frequencies are not available
- in dma.c: TT and STe frequencies are not the same

I also need more info about its usage:
- Is it possible to know when the audio device need more datas? or to
read how many datas it will read before having an empty buffer?
- Will it blocks if too many datas are written to it?
