Mshrink usually shrinks a malloced block of RAM. In MagiC, however, it
can also increase the ram block size.
Only under special conditions.
Can this be done in MiNT, too. If not, why?
Theoretically yes, pratically it don't make much sense as there are too
many side effects and interactions with memory protection and fork
shadows, e.g. you end in lot of error prune code that have no practical
function as is not warranted to work anyway (in your application you must
handle the case that it fail anyway so you can also remove this code).
