A small change in the handling of TOUCH_EXIT editable

Clicking only sets the cursor.
Pressing enter sends a WM_TOOLBAR message for the field
if the cursor is in the field.

So the program may suppose that the field has changed.

I do this in the config window of TT_DIGGER.
Very usefull.
Yes, this is one thing I will do; When user press return after editing something the AES controls, the app is notified so it can act upon the changes. Very good :-)
