That's only worth something if you're terrified of CLI's.
It's not that I am.. but it's cool to see how GUI's are such a high- level once-you-get-everything-working thing on other systems and really the easiest thing to get going on the GUI-designed systems like Ataris and Amigas. So that gives the concept of using your desktop to fix some fatal boot configuation error, a nice touch. :o)
Now if it automatically detected an issue on boot, and started up gem.sys and displayed an error? Now that's slick :)
