Would that be Eric Raymond of Linux fame? If so, I got to meet and chat with 
him in person - on the 2001 Linux Lunacy cruise. Even went parasailing with 
him and his wife (she's a lawyer)... Met lots of other notable 'Nix 
personalities as well. :)
