Hello.

I would like to install some RPMs from the Sparemint archive on myARAnyM setup.


I have unpacked the bootstrap archive:
http://sparemint.atariforge.net/sparemint/misc/rootfs+rpm-3.06.tgz

rpm --initdb seems to success.

However, when I try to install a package with:
rpm -ivh <package>
I get the error:
cannot get exclusive lock on database
error: cannot open /var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm

However, the file /var/lib/rpm/packages.rpm exists.

Could someone help me, please ?
