The tiny and harmless attached patch allows to compile the MiNTLib
successfully with GCC 4.3.0 :-)
And I had a quick look at the compilation output, there are only a few
warnings :-)
It would be *much* better to fix the includes and don't use the
include-fixed mechanism of the gcc.
