Dillo has been ported to MiNT/X several years ago (by Patrice Mandin IIRC), but I have not tested it as I don't have a working X-server on my Milan. It would be interesting to try this on a "normal" Atari (a Falcon or TT) to see how it compares to HighWire. If speed is OK then a GEM-port would be very interesting.
I see that Dillo2 is based on FLTK2. I have no idea how this works, but perhaps it would be possible to port FLTK2 to GEM? It would also be interesting to port Dillo2 itself to GEM, but I foresee maintenance problems later on...
