Uh, Ctrl-Insert - sorry. That's the same as with shift, just another bit  
in kbshift.

My Theory is: texel wants to know if Ctrl ist pressed and compares kbshift  
to some 0x04 or whatever. But it gets 0x44 by MiNT, and thats not 0x04, so  
no Ctrl-Insert is detected.
