Yes.Anyone should be able to reproduce the bug easily by holding the left shift at startup to enter the MiNT boot menu, then my holding the Return key for 2 or 3 seconds.
With this method I can reproduce the bug every time even on my old EasyMiNT setup, where I never experienced that issue before.
Of course, after "enabling" the bug you have to open some software where you can type text !
