Yeah everything seems to be going smoothly now that I moved that file.  
Strange that nobody else has this issue.  Maybe because I stripped my 
system clean of any other compilers that could influence it and because 
of nostdinc in mintlib build, it can't use the stock /usr/include/limits.h
