[MiNT] Releases

Hi guys,

Again there has been loads of great work and progress over the past few months
but there still hasn't been any releases of FreeMint or Sparemint RPMs.

*Please* can we have some updates ?

I know it's not a very exciting task but we will all then benefit from your development
work.
