I see this. I think I missed that discussion - what is the reason for the INSERT-modifier?
Anyway, I think we can view this as a bug in Texel, as Texel obviously doesn't mask the modifier keys when looking for the status of Control. But unless the INSERT-modifier serves a purpose I think it should be removed.
