[MiNT] Problem with xaaes/nvdi+video card

hi everyone,

it's been suggested i post here with a description of a problem i'm having
with getting a crazydots video card working with mint/xaaes using nvdi on my
TT. It's something i've been trying to get working for quite some time
without success and have tried all the usual suspects like boot order,
config file settings etc

There is a thread on atari-forum regarding this, where Jo Even has been
helping. There is also a link to a video clip within the thread.

I've tried the latest build but i get the same problem where the system
appears to hang after xaaes says 'loading aes device drivers'. In the thread
Jo thinks it might be a problem opening the physical workstation.

I'd appreciate some help to look into this as it _should_ work. I'm a
non-programmer so i'm not able to delve into the nuts and bolts.
