[MiNT] Pixel detection issue

I have updated my pixel test app at
http://gfa.atari-users.net/temp/pixel/detectpf.prg

If mint is not detected it will now pause for a key press after dumping the
pixel information, then again after the test pattern is complete. If mint is
found, no pauses at all, it just assumes the console is open to catch the
results.  Maybe now it will be of some use.

It will still bus error on aranym, just click the alert box away.
