I see that you are using NVDI 3.02. Are you using NVDI's ET4000 driver
or the Crazy Dots driver? AFAIR the original poster is using NDVI ET4000

I'd suggest to first try to use the same boot-method that I use:
write INIT=<some-shell> in mint.cnf, then the shell should start, run
xaloader.prg from that shell. When this fails, he should try with my
binaries.
