[MiNT] Mintlib 0.58.1

First patch ever so don't be surprised that it does nothing ;)  Here is 
a patch to increment the mintlib to 0.58.1.  Keith, Mikro, Vincent and I 
noted that we need to have a mintlib release in order to continue 
rebuilding sparemint and other things and we all think that the current 
mintlib is rather stable and has a lot of fixes.  If there is no 
objection from Alan, please apply the patch and I will create a release rpm.
