XaAES: ~800kb
MiNT: ~1.4MB
NVDI: ~430kb

      ~2.7MB

This is on my TT, and I use a MiNT without RAMFS, CRYPT, VERBOSE_BOOT, and  
RANDOM.

And teradesk is not really needed.

I think with small (or no) CACHE and few drives it could be sized down a  
little more. But the memory-usage concerns me increasingly.
