Re: [MiNT] missing xversion.h
Yes, but xversion.sh should be run by make. It does it for me and apparently for Alan.
You're right, now I see it. However, try to do clean cvs co of your branch and make in
src.km -- xversion.h isn't generated:
mikro@kubuntu:~/freemint/xaaes/src.km$ make CROSS=yes 040
/bin/sh xversion.sh
xversion.h
make buildxaaes xaaes=040
make[1]: Entering directory `/home/mikro/freemint/xaaes/
src.km'
cd .compile_040; make all
m68k-atari-mint-gcc -I.. -I../../../sys -D__KERNEL_MODULE__ -DMODULE_NAME=XaAES -DRSCNAME="xaaes.rsc" -DWIDGNAME="xaaeswdg.rsc" -DRSCHNAME="xaaes.h" -DWIDGHNAME="xaaeswdg.h" -DWDIALOG_WDLG=1 -DWDIALOG_LBOX=1 -DWDIALOG_FNTS=1 -DWDIALOG_FSLX=0 -DWDIALOG_PDLG=1 -DGENERATE_DIAGS=0 -DDEBUG_CONTROL=0 -DBOOTLOG=1 -m68040 -mshort -O2 -fomit-frame-pointer -Wall -Wmissing-prototypes -Winline -Wshadow -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-qual -c ../info.c -o info.o
../info.c:11:22: error: xversion.h: No such file or directory
../info.c: In function 'init_apgi_infotab':
../info.c:52: error: 'BDATETIME' undeclared (first use in this function)
../info.c:52: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once
../info.c:52: error: for each function it appears in.)
Purpose of that script is quite unclear, it compares date of every *.[ch] against (yet non-existing) file xversion.h ?
