I see that the timezone in Germany is the same as in France.
Standard timezone (in winter): UTC+1
During summer (like now): UTC+2
If I look at the headers of the message I'm replying to, I see this:
Date: Tue, 27 Apr 2010 22:23:39 +0300
Helmut, your local clock seems to be correct, but your timezone settings
is not. The +0300 at the end of your header indicates you are set to
UTC+2 with summer time (or UTC+3), but it should be set to UTC+1 with
summer time.
That timezone is used by mailers to adjust the date displayed for
messages. Normally you should see something like 20:53 for this message,
since it is my local time and we are in the same timezone.
