The main reason was to be able to run the pure-debugger, maybe there are
more programs that could profit from it.

PD now runs better than with MiNT 1.15 and ROM-AES! There's just no
key-repeat in the debugger itself.

Also MagiC has that. I plan to implement the shel_write-modes MagiC
offers if possible.
