Well as far as I remember hypview was in a very early state and was not very stable, at least on ct60 I had lots of troubles with it! Don't remember any details, but there were serious issues why I changed back to st-guide.

I don't know if that is a solution, but there is the HypView which 
replace ST-Guide.
